Safety Officer (SO 1010)
Responsibilities
Conduct and implement occupational safety programs, incident lesson learnt to achieve a high level of safety in all areas of Indonesia operations; conduct risk assessment activities and assurances to enhance level of safety awareness and inculcate safety culture aimed at achieving high safety performance standard. Assist Contractor Safety Management System (CSMS) implementation on HSE Pre-Qualification, Site Visit and Safety Inspection/Audit.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety) or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience in Oil & Gas Industry.
- Experience on HSE management system within Oil & Gas contractors of PSC.
- Experience in supervise & perform HSE Inspection on fabrication and construction stage.
- Experience in making report tracking & making recommendation for HSE continuous improvement.
- Having excellent communication skills, teamwork and leadership skills.
HR & Admin Manager (HR 1010)
Responsibilities
Plan, lead and direct the overall Indonesia’s Human Resources Management (HR Strategy, Planning, Recruitment, Learning, Development, Compensation & Benefits, Industrial Relations and HR Services) & Administrative activities so as to support Indonesia Operations objective by constant supply of competent, capable and motivated workforce to contribute towards optimum business profitability and to ensure that company established policies, business objectives and government statutory requirements are fully met.
Requirements
- Recognized Degree in HR Management, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or Law with relevant working experience.
- Minimum of 15 years diversified hands on experience in human resources and administration management
- Experience in Oil & Gas Industry with min 5 years proven track record in related experience.
- Experience in managing diversity both in terms of cultural differences as well as Terms & Conditions of services of National staff and Expatriates.
- Having broad knowledge & experience in implementation of personnel programs, policies, procedures and regulation in Indonesia.
- Having excellent communication skills, teamwork and leadership skills.
- Having good influence and negotiation skills.
