Business Development Manager (BDM)

Responsibilities:
  • Develop new relationship with Brokers to gain more presence and business portfolio.
  • Maintain existing relationship with brokers and look to deepening relationship with more innovative product and solutions for their clients.
  • Expand network of Sponsors to gain new business and deepening relationship by providing more innovative product and solution for sponsor’s customers.
  • Coordinate corporate event for clients, brokers and sponsors.
  • Develop and maintain marketing kits, brochures, banners and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinate marketing communication effort with communication officer, media and PR agency.
  • Responsible to run Surabaya branch profitably and achieve agreed target production.
  • Developed, recruit, expand and managed Agency channel as alternative important distribution channel to grow.
  • Develop-execute sales plans smartly in Financial Services Industry.
  • Client deepening or acquisition in Banking, Capital Market, Insurance markets to increase share-of-wallet.
  • Proven tracks in engaging with banking software, strong references from his/her past performance.
  • Highly skillful in business presentation, sales negotiation and influencing clients.
  • Knowledge in: Basel II, Core Banking, Treasury, Trade Finance, Asset & Liability Management, Internet Banking, Enterprise Risk Management, Loan Originations & Servicing, Payment, Exchange Trading.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree or MBA (Master Business Administration) is an advantage.
  • Have a good relationship with Banks and its networking
  • Experienced in forming, leading and handling team
  • Experienced in handling a promotion event
  • Min 3 – 5 years experience in working with a Multi National Company, Bancassurance experience will be a plus.
  • Strong presentation skills and Fluent in both oral and written English
  • Good account management/project management capabilities
  • Skillful in business presentation, sales negotiation and influencing clients.
  • Client deepening or acquisition in Banking, Capital Market, Insurance markets etc.
Marketing and Communication Manager (Marcom)

Requirements:
  • Male / Female
  • Possess a Bachelor (S1) degree major in Marketing, Communication or any field related
  • At least 3 – 5 years experience in Marketing and Communications
  • Proficient in English both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in working with a Multi National Company, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Exercises initiative and acts proactively
  • Resourceful and diligent in seeing through projects
  • An eye for detail especially for brand management
Travel Insurance Business Manager (Travel)


Requirements:
  • Male / Female
  • At least bachelor degree in any discipline from reputable universities.
  • Min 3 – 5 years experience (in Airline, Hotel, Travel or Tourism Industry) which demonstrating an outstanding track record of performance in account management and penetration.
  • Strong presentation skills and Fluent in both oral and written English
  • Previous experience in working with a Multi National Company, Bancassurance experience will be a plus.
  • Good account management/project management capabilities
  • Good connections to travel industry, preferably.
Executive Secretary (Secretary)

Requirements:
  • Female
  • At least D3 qualification in secretarial/admin with a proven experience for 5 years or longer
  • Ability to deal with highly confidential information
  • Good command of English
  • Discipline and punctual
  • Self organized and mature personality
  • Arrange for internal & external meetings, taking minutes, distributing
  • Correspondence, agenda and minutes to the meeting participants, etc.
  • Maintain for both executives’ diary of activities, arranging appointments, organize travel and accommodation for both and visitors, etc.
