- Teknik Metalurgi/Teknik Material (S1): research and development, engineering, process
- Teknik Kimia (S1): engineering environment health and safety, quality assurance
- Teknik Informatika (S1): information technology
- Teknik Lingkungan (S1): environment health and safety
- Akuntansi (D3 & S1): accounting, financial analyst, internal audit
- Hukum (S1): legal, general affair, industrial relation
- Manajemen (S1): sales supervisor, marketing
- Psikologi (S1): HRD
- Diploma (D3) / Bachelor (S1) Graduates
- Not followed at ASTRA Group test yet
- Minimum GPA of 2,8 (scale of 4)
- Preferable of age max 26 years old
- Ready to be placed in our office / factory in Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, Bekasi, Cibitung, Cikarang, Karawang
- Exhibit good leadership and communication
