Specialist Organization Development
Job Desc :
- Facilitate and analyze all of organization restructures and Man Power Planning, Organization Development, People Development, Performance Management System and Change Management.
- Monitoring approval organization restructures and MPM changing are being documented
- Ensuring all process are documented
- Ensuring data on HRIS align with all organization restructures and MPM approved.
- Ensuring all MPM in organization structure and HRIS align with all transfer and promotion process.
- Distribute up dated organization structure to all users gradually.
- Create, analyze, controlling the quality and document all job description
- Ensuring all job description approved align with up dated organization structure.
- Coordinate with Recruitment and Assessment to ensure all fulfillment align with MPM or Critical Hiring approved.
- Analyze Employee Development Needs through Individual Development Plan and Individual Career Plan
- Planning, analyze and implement mentoring process for Employee Development.
- Coordinate Assessment Program.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree at HR Management.
- At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Full-Time positions available.
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Fluent in English (both oral and written)
- Good Analytical Thinking
- Have Strong Integrity and Loyalty
