Strategic Business Developer – DTC
Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of 3 - 4 new Business Partners/ Sponsors each year.
- To seek and source business opportunities in varied industries from Bank, Financial Institutions to Retail, Modern Trades, Telco to internet Retailers, etc.
- to evaluate, target and sign up Business Partners/Sponsors for strategic and long term business
- Formulate strategic quality projections and proposals for senior management level approval.
- Lead internal and external stakeholders in each and every target sponsor project.
- Develop, build and grow newly acquired Business Partners/Sponsors through first campaign launches for the first 6 months
- University/College graduate in any Economics, Business, Marketing or related fields
- 3-5 years experience in similar BD capacity or in sales and marketing essential
- Some campaign launch and management experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and networking skill with senior levels
- Detail in thought process and thorough in work output
- Ability to turn around work fast and to garner team spirit from stakeholders
- Strong presentation and communication skill in the local language and English a must
Claims Examiner
Responsibilities:
Handling all line of claims, include automobile, medical, and property. Including dealing with clients, brokers, agents and/or loss adjusters, doing survey loss sites, agreeing, documenting and recording loss values and payments.
Qualifications:
- Hold at least Bachelor (or S1) degree of any discipline.
- Experience in handling motor vehicle claims would be preferable.
- Computer literate and fluent in English.
- Strong attention to details.
- Ability to perform with minimal supervision and competent of dealing with people.
- Highly motivated, dynamic, have a strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Willing to be placed at any Branch in Indonesia.
Accounting Supervisor – Syari’ah
Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for accounting process and to ensure the accounting process is done properly and according to the procedures.
The candidate should:
- Hold at least bachelor degree (S 1) in Accounting
- 2 - 3 years experience in handling Syari’ah Accounting
- Good command and written of English is preferable
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work under pressure
- High standard of communication and interpersonal skills
- Self initiating and result oriented
