Responsibilities:
- Under the leadership of R&D Senior Manager, build a competent R&D team. As well as establishing a disciplined but friendly working environment
- Conduct physical, chemical & microbiological analysis for raw & packaging material as well as line sample finish goods
- Ensure a safe working environment for all staff at laboratory.
- Prepare and implement an effective R&D system
- Establish an efficient & effective R&D system
- Conduct stability test of Finish Goods, evaluate & report to R&D Senior Manager
- Liaise with other dept for problem solving & preventive/corrective action.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Chemical), Food & Beverage Services Management, Pharmacy/Pharmacology or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors.
- Full-Time positions available.
