Due to our expansion in Jakarta, Cikarang, Karawang and Surabaya DC we invite qualified energetic individuals for the following positions:COST ACCOUNTANT
Scope of responsibility :
- To monitor billing to selected customers, including to summarize all related actual cost, ensure the completeness & filing of related supporting documents, compare with budget & provide explanations on variance.
- To prepare financial analysis (closely working with the operations team) & provide reports to both operations & finance.
- Prepare monthly management reports (including project cash flow monitoring, aging analysis, profitability analysis, job costing analysis by site, etc).
- Involvement in month end closing under tight deadlines.
- To assist in the preparation of potential capital expenditure proposals using DCF techniques.
- Ad hoc assignments as necessary.
He / she must have accounting background with work experience around 3 - 5 years (preferable in the field of cost accounting or management accounting in general). The job offer to be based at Cikarang.
