PT Kaltim Prima Coal (KPC) operates a coal mine in Sangatta East Kalimantan and is one of the largest export coal mines in the world. Opportunity exists for a seasoned, high caliber, professional to join the Company with job Assignment in Sengata-East Kalimantan for the positions of:

Specialist - Internship & Language Service
(Code: SILS)

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Language Training activities both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Conduct English Testing for internal and external candidates for recruitment and promotion purposes.
• Conduct General Induction Program to new hires and newly promoted employees.
• Deliver on the Job Training to new trainers.
• Coordinate and administer Internship program of Senior High School, University Students, local and overseas lectures, government civil servants and other institutions.
• Promote KPC to internship participants to ensure all necessary information and explanation about KPC vision and mission, operation and commitment is well understood.
• Liaise with school, university and government institution and relevant division/department to ensure the objectives of internship of both parties are achieved.
• Negotiate with Language training providers, resource centers vendors to get best services.
• Supervise Resource centre to ensure availability of services is optimum.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in advanced level of adult English training (as a guide, at lease 3 years).
• Competent training skills gained through formal Train the Trainer training and on the job coaching.
• Tertiary degree in HR Management, English Language or other related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills, leadership, negotiation, influencing, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa and English.
