Detail of Responsibilities:
- Organizing Security and Safety operation in West Java region and reporting to GM SRM Department
- Ensuring physical protection and any mater related to Security and Safety of company’ people and properties are managed well
- Oversees the maintenance and effectiveness of security and safety equipments.
- Liaise with local, regional and national law enforcement on all aspect pertaining to security.
- Coordinate activities of personnel in reviewing or updating measures due to new or revised regulations.
- Review any security/safety incident/accident, conduct investigation to determine the facts surrounding incident/accident so that remedial action can be taken
- Promote awareness of risk management to employees within the region
- Define and communicate preparedness and coordination response in emergency situation
- Interprets security rules and directs subordinates in enforcing compliance
- Assist in establishing operational procedures for activities such as fire prevention and fire fighting, guarding and patrolling physical and investigation of incident and accident.
- Produce report irregularities and hazards to appropriate personnel.
- Produce and maintain SRM documentation, tracking, statistics and reporting
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in reputable university
- Understand Good Knowledge of west java areas
- Skill in operating MS words programs.
- English both orally and written
- Experience in Operational Security field more than 2 years
- Understand and practice security concept.
- Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure
- Willing to be places in Jawa Barat (Bandung)
Area Sales Supervisor – JABODETABEK

- Support achievement for visibility and branding
- Support achievement for brand distribution
- Support achievement for product availability
- Build relationship with Distributors
- Achieve KPI for ASS
- Support control & KPI Monitoring
- Minimum preferable S1
- Minimum 3 years working experiences in the same area, telco background is a plus
- Comfortable with the use of computer/lap top, using Microsoft (Excel, Power Point, etc)
- Strong leadership and people skills
- Willing to be places in JABODETABEK area
