Responsibility :
- Responsible to look for and develop business project dealers in several provinces in Indonesia, especially outside Java Island.
- To develop maximum width and depth of OSRAM Product in those new partner.
- Closely work with project dealer’s sales force and drive them to be more active in the market to promote OSRAM Product.
- Coordinate with related function, e.g. Marketing, Logistic, and Customer Service as to create excellence to customers.
- Sales planning & strategy, monitoring, evaluation
- Degree in Economic, Electrical or other subject related.
- Having a minimum of 3 years Sales Management experiences in same field (Project Business either in Industrial or Consumer products).
- Excellent in computer tools such Ms. Office and having SAP would be advantage.
- Able to communicate in English (oral and written).
- Result and process oriented. Good leadership, communication, negotiation and sales analytical skills.
