Responsibilities:
- Two or more years proven track-record in multi unit operations
- Supervisory/ management experienced required, preferably in a restaurant or retail environment
- Must be a self directed & enthusiastic team builder with a passion for customer service
- All selected candidates will undergo the Retail Management Trainee Program provided by the company to deliver the Starbucks experience to our partners and customers.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Economics, Food & Beverage Services Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Balikpapan.
- Preferably Managers specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.
