Dupont Safety Resources Consultant
(DSR Consultant)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering solutions and services to DSR clients. This involves a series of non-routine to complex consulting projects, working with the client’s culture, assessing their needs, then creatively and flexibly adapting DSR knowledge into consultative solutions, which inspire confidence and demand for additional services.
Major Responsibilities:
- Perform analysis of client business challenges and formulate hypothesis.
- Analyze costs and associated benefits and build business case for client change with limited supervision
- Develop presentations and documents, at professional standards of excellence, for immediate client use in documenting and executing revised business processes.
- Demonstrate cultural sensitivity to detect unarticulated needs and adapt consulting approach to satisfy each unique client situation.
- Build and maintain client relationships so as to identify follow on sales opportunities for DSR.
- Hold Bachelor degree in Engineering or other disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of Safety, Health & Environment experience (supervisory or leader position) in manufacture, oil and gas, utilities, aerospace, construction or transportation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willing to travel up to 30% - 40% in support of client engagements
- Willing to work either in project base or in fixed term contract
Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on product inquiries, arrangement for marketing seminar/events
- Work with partner to develop new market and communicate with customers/partners/ distributors on preparing and monitoring the forecast
- Maintain relationship with end-users by customer visits (whenever required)
- Follow-up the project development status with the distributor/agency and coaters
- Assist in monitoring shipments, payments and complaints
- Arrange appointments, telephone calls, travel arrangements and hotel accommodation
- Maintain marketing staff files in good order to ensure rapid location of the contents when needed

Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure that quality system, including laboratory operation is in compliance with core values.
- Act as Quality Management Representative and lead the Quality Management System ISO 9001 implementation for continual improvement by leading internal and external audit program and review overall quality procedure, documentation and standardization
- Actively involve in Contamination Prevention initiatives to ensure Zero Contamination Incidents for all DCP operations.
- Bachelor degree in Chemistry or relevant science
- At least three years experience leading Quality Management system ISO 9001 and in the laboratory environment in a supervisory position.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English communication
- Good computer literacy & skills
- To be located in Pasuruan
