PURCHASING MANAGER (Code : PM)
Requirements :
- Minimum S1 Degree, any major
- Having experience in purchasing & vendor management in banking industry at least 5 years, within 2 years at manager level
- Having experience in marketing is preferred
- Having good communication, negotiation and persuasif
- Having good interpersonal and leadership skills
- Having good attention to detail
- Familiar with MS-Office Excel (spreadsheet)
- Fluent in English both oral and written
Tasks :
- To manage & develop a list of suppliers/ vendors in various categories
- To manage purchase orders of goods in accordance budget projections
- To lead the purchasing team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of work
- Ensure that tenders are conducted in accordance with the procedures of the group
