Branch Manager Amanah - Semarang
(Code: CJS BM AMH SEM PFS – 10)

Responsibilities:
The job holder is responsible to direct, manage, and control all aspects of sales, operations and services in Amanah Branch in Semarang.

Requirements:
  • Has at least 5 years working experience in Banking, specifically in managing sales, services, and operation in the area of Consumer Banking.
  • Possesses a strong Syariah Banking knowledge.
  • Possesses very strong sales management and leadership skills.
  • Possesses excellent customer service skills.
  • Has a good knowledge of General Banking operations, systems, and control.
  • Is conversant of all relevant Compliance boundaries of the role.
  • Good interpersonal skills to ensure harmonious working relationship with different functions within the Bank.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of integrity.
Relationship Officer Advance
(Code: JS WM SEM - PFS 10)


Responsibilities:
The job holder is responsible to establish and grow consumer banking business by exploring and securing sales opportunities from the mid-market customers and proactively cross - selling banking products offered, such as investment, insurance and structured products to the existing Advance customers. He/She needs to maintain high sales and service quality standard by ensuring all sales activities conducted are compliant to the business requirements and QA standards.

Requirements:
  • Hold minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience in sales and/or service activities in the area Financial Institution or Banking Industry.
  • Familiar with financial markets, investment products where applicable.
  • Good retail banking product knowledge.
  • Strong passion in selling activities, excellent interpersonal skills with service culture and able to work with a team.
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written).
  • High degree of credibility and integrity.
Senior Relationship Officer
(Code: JS RM Premier SEM - PFS 10)

Responsibility:
The job holder is responsible to establish and grow a valuable long term relationship with HSBC Premier customers and to maximize the business opportunities from other customer segments in contribution to the vast growing consumer banking business.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years working experiences in consumer banking sales or relationship management.
  • Hold minimal bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Experience of working with high net worth individuals with proven ability to achieve sales targets.
  • Accreditation in line with regulatory and compliance requirements (i.e.Waperd and AAJI) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge on Wealth Management, financial markets and investment products.
  • Strong selling skills, excellent interpersonal skills including influencing and relationship building.
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written English.
  • High degree of credibility and integrity.
