Job Summary:
- Conduct audits/reviews of assigned organizational and functional activities
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of the management controls
- Determine whether organizational units are performing their planning, accounting, custodial, risk management, or control activities in compliance with management instructions, applicable statements of policy and procedures, and in a manner consistent with both organizational objectives and high standards of administrative practice
- To report engagement observations and to make recommendations for correcting unsatisfactory conditions, improving operations, and reducing cost
- Minimum experience in Insurance industry at least 3 years or experienced as external auditor
- Strong analytical skills, technical knowledge of insurance, Internal Audit certification, communication skill, fluent in English both oral & writing, organizational business process, IT knowledge
- Must be familiar with Institute Internal Audit Code of Ethics, International Standard for the Professional Practice of Internal auditing, COSO internal control, Sarbanes Oxley
