Officer Development Program (ODP)


Responsibilities:
ODP is an accelerated program for your carreer development. An attractive compensation will be provided during and after the program and your corporate title will be Assistant Manager.

Requirements:

  • Good service, target orientated and presentation skill.
  • Comfort with change, risk taking, initiator and flexible.
  • Good teamwork, listening skill and self-control.
Education & skill
  • Fresh Graduates, Bachelor's degree, any major with minimum GPA of 2.75
  • Computer (MS Office 2007) literate.
Job Location: Jabodetabek and Bandung

Customer Service & Teller (FL)

Requirements:
  • Male/Female
  • 2 years experience in related job from forex bank
  • Age : 27 years of age
Senior Associate (SA)

Requirements:
  • Male/Female
  • 2 years exp. in banking, work within distribution or E Banking in other bank, computer (MS Office 2007) literate.
  • Age : 27 years of age.
Strategic Marketing & Planning Manager (SMP)

Requirements:
  • 5 years in banking (2 years in marketing strategic or corporate planning)
  • Risk management certification from BSMR level 1
  • Age : 32 years of age.
Product & Service Development Manager (PSD)

Requirements:
  • 5 years in banking (2 years exp. in product development, marketing support, wide network in banking industry).
  • Risk management certification from BSMR level 1
  • Age : 32 years of age.
Treasury Dept. Head (TRS)

Requirements:
  • 7 years exp. in fixed income and money market.
  • Risk management certification from BSMR level 3
  • Age : 45 years of age.
Relationship Manager (RM)

Requirements:
  • 2 years exp. in SME or retail banking
  • Marketing and networking excellence
  • Age: 35 years of age
Compliance Dept. Head (COMP)

Requirements:
  • 7 years experience in Bank Compliance Unit
  • Risk management certification from BSMR level 3
  • Age : 45 years of age.
Branch Manager (BM)

Requirements:
  • 4 years exp. in Commercial or SME Banking
  • Risk management certification from BSMR level 2
  • Age : 45 years of age.
