PT Bukit Asam Transpacific Railway engages in the development and construction of railways. The company was founded in 2007 and is based in Indonesia. PT Bukit Asam Transpacific Railway operates as a subsidiary of PT Transpacific Railway Infrastructure.PT Bukit Asam TransPacific Railway will team up with China Railway Group Limited to build a USD 4.8 billion coal railway project in South Sumatra. The two companies signed the engineering, procurement and construction contract in Beijing on March 23, 2010. PT Bukit Asam TransPacific Railway is a joint venture company between TransPacific Railway Infrastructure, state-owned coal producer PT Tambang Batubara Bukit Asam and China Railway Engineering Corp.
Bukit Asam Transpacific Railway is seeking potential candidates for the following position reporting to the Chief Financial Officer:
CORPORATE FINANCE MANAGER (CFM-K)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain financial model for financing and strategic decision making purposes
- Provide assistance in overall project financing process
- Assess and identify project financing risks and identify mitigants
- Proactively monitor loan covenants and identify early warning signals
- Develop annual business plan and monitor financial and operating performance
- Assist Senior Management in preparing presentations for BOD, BOC meeting, etc
- Bachelor degree in Banking and Finance
- 5-7 years of working experience in corporate finance, treasury and banking or other financial institutions such as insurance, leasing, etc
- Excellent financial modeling and presentation skills
- Understanding of financing documentation process
- Understanding of risk management process
- Proficiency in English language communication- both verbal and written
