Training & Development Officer
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for pooling potential candidate in term of recruitment
- Responsible for developing assessment tools and training manuals.
- Conduct internal training, as internal trainer.
- Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
- Conduct job analysis, job competence
- Develop talent pool and career path
- Minimum Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university preferably from Psychology
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
- Having familiar using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power-point)
- Having deep knowledge in the areas of recruitment, training, and talent management
- Implemented job competency, job analysis, training and career path.
- Has trainer certification in management systems i.e.: Six sigma, Lean and ISO 9000
- Dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, strong in interpersonal and good in communication skill
- Good English both oral & written
