Senior Organization Development Officer (SODO)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES :

OTHERS QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Min. S1 in Human Resources or Psychology (SDM) or MM / MBA - concentrate in Human Resources
  • Hands on Job Analysis, Hay Job Evaluation, Performance Management with Balanced Scorecard, Reward Management, Talent Management, Career Planning and People & Organizational Development
  • More than 3 years experience in same or equivalent position
  • Proficiency in English language (written & spoken)
  • Willing to travel
Payroll Staff

Responsibilities :
  • Handling medical adm. (on time & accurate)
  • Handling health insurance adm.
  • Distribution & adm. Card jamsostek & health insurance
  • Distribute of payroll slip
  • Handling report employee all centre
  • Handling salary (on time & accurate)
  • Calculation & reporting employee tax income
  • Provide voucher for travelling, salary, petty cash
  • Print report salary & bonuses
  • Handling petty cash
  • Conduct other person ell administration
Skills :
  • Good communication; written & verbal
  • Familiar With FOXPRO
  • Hands on MS Office Word, Excel & Outlook
  • Familiar with using data base management
Knowledge:
The RI Act & Government Regulations of Employees’ Social Security (Jamsostek)
The RI Act & Government Regulations of Employees’ Income Tax
HR Management, especially compensation & benefits

Education: Minimal D-3 in Human Resource, Accounting/Finance
