Responsibilities:
Reporting to Finance and Accounting Manager, major accountabilities for this position are include accounts receivable and payable processing, aging control, and other accounting & finance transactions.
Requirements:
- S1 from reputable university majoring in Accounting
- Fresh graduate or have minimum 1 years of working experience
- Have a good understanding of Accounting General Ledger, Taxation, Billing, Collection and Invoicing
- Good communication skill, attention to details, adaptable and high motivated person.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Computer literate.
IT - Project Auditor (CODE: ITP)
Job Description:
- Conduct audit on project, ensuring all processes are being followed and all documentations are available according to company’s standard.
- Assist project manager in developing risk management plan.
- Conduct risk audit on project, to ensure that risk management plan is followed, all contingency plans are effective, and provide early warning to management as necessary.
- Produce concise audit reports that include specific recommendations to improve the practice and effectiveness of the corporate projects
- Review project management methodology and SOP, and propose improvement based on standard best practice.
- Liaise with internal and/or external auditor
- Have a university degree (S-1) or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or business administration
- Minimum 3 years of experience in audit, especially in IT or project area.
- Have knowledge in project management, risk management, and ITGC (IT General Control).
- Ability to comprehend, audit and control the implementation of project management standard policies and procedures to continuously improve company’s project execution
- Self-motivated, work well on a team, have excellent written and oral communication skills, and strong analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and presentation skills
- Possess certification in audit and/or risk management area (CISA, CRISC, PMI-RMP) is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Possess certification in project management (CAPM or PMP) is preferred, but not mandatory
