CBD – CUSTOMER BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT: ACCOUNT MANAGER
Overview :
- You will develop your strategic selling skills by building diverse, collaborative relationships with P&G accounts to develop consumer preferred solutions and to meet the needs of our customers and consumers.
- You could help a national retailer strengthen its business, or help a smaller part of our business grow into a category leader.
- Key responsibilities include: developing excellent working relationships with small/large retail stores to achieve business objectives; acting upon a deep understanding of in – depth shopper/consumer knowledge; increasing merchandising opportunities; and overseeing retailer promotions and events to include new product launches.
Advancement Opportunities :
Customer Business Development offers increased responsibility at each level. The length of each assignment is based on your abilities and the opportunities available, of which there are many. When you demonstrate the ability to handle more challenging work, you'll be given assignments with larger, more complex accounts or that offer increased responsibility. Since CBD people need to be within driving distance of their accounts, your new assignment could require relocation. But any new assignment will be designed to help you improve your skills and prepare you for opportunities to build business and lead people. CBD opportunities are available in cities throughout the world.
Qualifications :
- You must be Indonesian citizen who hold Bachelor/Master degree from reputable local/overseas school (minimum GPA of 3.00)
- Fresh Graduate Preferred! Experienced candidate with maximum 2 years of experience in sales are welcome to apply.

Supply Chain (PS) – Distribution Center Operations Leader
Overview :
The Distribution Center Operations Leader is responsible to ensure that the Distribution Centers and warehouses within their area of responsibility have the capacity and capability to receive, store, pick, and ship Finished Products while meeting all internal P&G and external Customer requirements for Service, Cost, and Control. The DC Operations Leader is responsible for continual improvement of their operation and for ensuring agility to meet the changing needs of the business. The Distribution Center Operations Leader could have responsibility within a DC, or overall responsibility for an entire DC Operation or group of DC Operations.
Responsibilities :
- Leads the line organization that daily Distribution Center Operations within a site or group of sites
- Includes FP Receiving, Storage, Inventory Control, Picking, and shipping, as well as DC Stewardship areas and Governance of Logistics Service Providers
- Accountable for ensuring Distribution system meets or exceeds the needs of the Business Units and Customers, through effective use of measures, gap analyses, action plan development and execution
- Must ensure that all areas of PD within their control have the right level of capability & resources, technology, skills, and financial support
- Leads change management within PD ensuring that losses are continuously being driven out
- Partners with other functions and adjacent process owners to deliver the defined business results
- Plans adoption and implementation of best practices
Qualifications :
- A variety of college degrees, both undergraduate and graduate, are held by people successful in Supply Chain.
- Opportunities exist for experienced applicants in Supply Chain with up to three (3) years of experience.
- Holds Bachelor or Master degree from reputable university with minimum GPA of 3,0.
