Mandiri Micro Manager (MMM)
(Jakarta Raya - Jkt Barat, Jkt Utara, Tangerang, Banten, Jkt Pusat, Jkt Timur, Bekasi, Jkt Selatan, Depok, Bogor, Sukabumi)
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage micro-credit units
- Giving credit decisions based on the limit of authority
- Develop and maintain loan portfolio of credit to stay healthy
- Maximum age 35 years
- Minimum D3 (preferably S1) with GPA of at least 2:50
- Do not have a nuclear family who worked at Bank Mandiri (parent, brother / younger brother, husband / wife)
- Minimum 5 years work experience: 3 years in the field of micro credit and 2 years of which never led micro-finance unit
- Have good communication skills, neat, courteous with a high confidence is a plus
