Strategic Merchant Development Officer

Responsibilities:
- Monitor overall System Infrastructures for all area where Citibank merchant business is operating to ensure 24 hours continuity of business.
- Implement NAC (Network Access Controller) and EDC (Electronic Data Capture) analytical system to ensure the continuity of the system and problem resolution. To meet Citibank standard EDC response time requirements
- Work with related units/parties within Citibank and outside parties in maintaining end to end System Infrastructures
- Work with Citibank Regional Technology and TI for System Development
- Ensure that Citibank merchant business system infrastructures comply with Regulator and Association (Visa/Mastercard, PCI DSS, AKKI, etc.)
- Coordinate with other units within Citibank in NAC infrastructures and EDC system development that meets Citibank capacity
- Bachelor degree preferably from Computer or TI background
- Good communication skills, fluent in English
- 1-2 years sales experience in corporate banking channel. Candidates with technology background in banking are preferable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
- Mature, professional and objective when dealing with others
Corporate Relationship Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop new relationship with corporate clients to offer Citi benefit to their employees.
- Maintain relationship with existing corporate clients to increase Customer penetration in respective companies
- Work with Citi clients to develop Road shows calendar for sales team
- Work closely with Client/ Marketing team/ product team/ partners/ vendors to attract attendees for road shows
- Work closely with sales team to generate higher CNR per customer
- Work closely with sales team to acquire good quality of customers
- Work closely with Marketing team/ Product team, to increase revenue from existing portfolio
- Bachelor degree form reputable University.
- Good communication skill, fluent in English (fluency in Japanese will a great asset)
- 3 – 4 years sales experience in corporate channel. Candidates with banking background are preferable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem resolution skills.
- Team-oriented and good negotiation skills.
- Mature, professional and objective when dealing with others.
Business Control Officer
Responsibilities:
- To ensure all Marketing Programs, Process & Activities comply with all prevailing policies, including regulatory
- To ensure the process flow from both side sales and operation are comply with Citibank Standard Policy & Procedure
- To ensure product/program process to avoid complaint
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university
- Min. 2 years experiences in internal audit / compliance, on banking or insurance industry
- Strong analytical, and excellent in conceptual thinking
- Good communication skills and fluent in English
