Deloitte's Assurance and Advisory provide audit, accounting and regulatory advice, attest and attest-related services. Using robust audit tools, resources and methodology, our professionals work closely with clients to deliver high-quality services and solutions. We also advise clients in areas such as initial public offerings, internal controls, Indonesia and International Financial Reporting Standards, US GAAP and regulatory compliance.
You will work with Audit Assistants to perform a variety of assurance and testing work for a portfolio of diversified clients in different industries. As an engagement team leader, you will guide the Assistants and review their work. Assisting the engagement managers in planning and meeting clients to clarify and resolve issues are also expected of you.
Requirements:
- Accountancy graduates with academic credential ( minimum GPA of 3.00)
- Have 3 to 4 years of assurance experience in a major auditing firm.
- Fluency in English communications, both verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills
- Ease of working individually and in teams
- Excellent communications and inter-personal skills
- Stamina to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills and multi-tasking abilities
- Motivation to shoulder more responsibilities and grow
- Willing to travel for out-of-town engagements
- Pass technical and English tests
