Administration Officer / Accounting Officer
Responsibilities:
Administer and monitor the financial system in order to ensure that the municipal finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner.
Main Activities :
- Assist with preparation of the budget
- Implement financial policies and procedures
- Reconcile the general ledger
- Prepare and reconcile general bank statements
- Establish and maintain accounts
- Ensure data is entered into the system
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system and Prepare income statements/ balance sheets
- Assist with the annual audit Maintain financial files and records responsible for assisting with preparation of financial statements, maintaining cash controls supervising the payroll and personnel administration, purchasing, maintaining accounts payable and managing office operations.
- The Administration Officer must work within municipal policies and procedures and in compliance with all Territorial Acts and Legislation.
- Responsibility to Adm & Operation Section Chief
- Male, Max. 27 years old
- bachelor degree from in any field
- at least 1 year(s) of working experience in funding and/or investment or financing or Operational and Administration
IT Manager
Responsible for IT system application :
- Excellent competency in IT technical support and help desk management
- Excellent competency in IT project management
- Familiar with integrated IT system applications (i.e SAP, ERP/MRP, ORACLE, MFGPRO, AS 400, etc), and network system
- Good in English both spoken and written
- Team work and service-oriented
- Must be self-motivated and able to work under pressure
- Male, Max 35 years,
- Min. Bachelor Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science from reputable university
- Min. 2 years in the same position
Receptionist / Customer Service
Responsibilities:
- Providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that municipal services are provided in an effective and efficient manner, receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages. Pick up and deliver the mail
- Open and date stamp all general correspondence
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference
- Make preparations for committee meetings
- Provide word-processing and secretarial support
- Answer all incoming calls and handle caller’s inquiries whenever possible
- Re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
- Perform other related duties as required
- Responsibility overall management of the general section and other interim affairs.

Funding Officer
Main Activities :
- Follow up on customer service issues as well as identify business potential from Customer
- Handle walk in customer transactions
- Sales acquisition for funding, and investment product
- Increasing branch funding portfolio by cross selling, top up, etc
- Responsibility for premium external funding matters, to identify and to make deal funding opportunities, to keep good relation to funder and support to develop an funding strategy
