Accounting & Budget Manager (ABM)
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of accounting for Samudera Indonesia Group (SIG) to ensure accurate & timely reporting
- Review consolidation reports of balance sheets, P&L and cashflow for SIG
- Carry out analysis of monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements with special emphasis on highlighting trends
- Prepare the monthly report to BOD and quarterly report to Bapepam
- Manage the company yearly budget process by getting all departments and companies involved
- Recommend and implement key internal control procedures in respect of financial management and controls
- Assist in developing and implementing the ERP and consol system further to become a more efficient tool
- Liaise wih auditors
- Manage key processes such as fixed assets management, loans, review of monthly performance and variance analysis.
- Bachelor Degree in Accountancy
- At least 5-7 years of relevant working experience in managerial role
- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices in the Indonesian Financials reporting standards
- Having experienced in a public accounting firm (preferred)
