Responsible for managing overall sales, service, credit and collection process to achieve branch's target from strategy planning to operational execution by implementing excellent risk management and customer services. The ideal candidate should show great competencies in managing resources and planning business strategy and vision.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree from reputable university
- Maximum age of 33 years old
- Having minimum of 2 years previous relevant experience at similar position

Collection Head

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing the process of analyzing the credit application with reference to the specified credit kritria, procedure and policy risk. Credit approval decision in accordance with the applicable provisions
Requirements:
- Min. S1 Accounting with GPA min. 3:00 from reputable university
- Having experience min. 2 years as a Credit Analyst (preferably in finance companies or banks)
- Capability analysis
- Willingness to get in depth information
- Belief in making decisions
- Willingness to learn about customer profiles, credit and industry

Sales Officer
Responsibilities:
Responsible for the achievement of target fulfillment of credit applications, through the creation of a warm relationship with the dealer / partner / customer as well as through service excellence (process speed, accuracy of data, information that can be accounted for).
Requirements:
- Min. D3 with GPA min 3:00
- Age not more than 28 years
- Having a high spirit and commitment to achieving individual and team targets
- Able to work together and establish a strong relationship
- Having communication skills peruasif
- High integrity
- It has a motor and SIM C / A
- Know Greater Jakarta and surrounding areas well
IT Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing systematic business requirements and development in an integrated multi finance business applications. The incumbent will also participate in business requirements mapping, system analyst, project management cycle along with quality assurance and project documentation. Good knowledge in SQL Server 2005 programming, crystal report development. Having experience in .NET application will be an advantage .
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- Experience in project management
- Having sound knowledge of comprehensive business process especially in finance company or banking
