Responsibilities:
Involves in HR management and Training&Dev function which includes orientation of new employees, organize and conduct internal training and external training.
Conduct regular audit on all training materials to ensure that content is always up-to-date.
Conducts training needs analysis to identify the training needs for company and design for training schedule, program and budget.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Mass Communications, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training, or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Microsoft Office.
- Required language(s): English.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills, with the ability to relate to all levels of employees.
- Ability to deliver effective presentations
- Able to work under-pressure
- Good time management
