Sustainable Manufacturing Performance (SMP) Specialist
Responsible for developing Nike contract factories in Human Resources Management programs. conducting compliance audit and providing consultation in management and labor practices, Defines and initiate strategies for Human Resources compliance program.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Business, Industrial Engineering or related fields from an accredited University, CHRP (Certified Human Resources Professional) qualification is preferred.
- Experience in developing HRM program,
- Good labor & legal law / regulation knowledge and implementation (local labor law, factory / business permit, expatriate law, etc.)
- Able to develop training and coaching programs i.e, class training, workshop, discussion, etc,
- Good communication, consultation and reporting skills
- Able to conduct field/factory compliance audit
- Understand lean manufacturing concept and manufacturing operation is preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of footwear/apparel industry experience is preferred
- Excellent English, oral and written communication skills as well as competence in using computer programs
