RELATIONSHIP MANAGER (RM)

Placement: Makassar, Palopo, Parepare, Ambon, Kendari, Jayapura, Baubau, dan Polewali Mandar.

Qualifications :

• Have experience in sales / finance for minimum 2 years in Banking
• Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
• Age maximum 35 years old
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Having strong relationships and wide net working
• High integrity, a team player, business oriented

SME RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

Placement: Makassar, Palopo, Parepare, Ambon, Kendari, Jayapura, Baubau, dan Polewali Mandar.

Requirements:

• University Graduate (S1), majoring Economic, Technical Industry
• Minimum, GPA : 2,75Age maximum 27 years
• Good sense of business
• Computer literacy
• Good interpersonal and communication skill
• Fluency in English both oral and written
• Persistent
• High self motivation and commitment to strive for the best

PERSONAL BANKING OFFICER (Kode: PBO)

Responsibilities ;

• Ensure sales target are achieved
• Maintain good relationship with customers
• Acquire new customers

Requirements ;

• A Bachelor Degree from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
• Minimum 1 year experience in marketing
• Understanding of Retail Banking products and services
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both in Bahasa and English
• Target and Customer Satisfaction oriented
• Communicative and persuasive, able to conduct interesting presentation
• Quickly adapt in any kind of situation

Sales & Service Officer (Code: SSO)

Responsibilities :

• Ensure sales target are achieved
• Ensure excellent customer experience
• Handle all customer inquiries and complaints
• Complete application document and related administration process

Requirements :

• A Diploma degree from a reputable university with minimum GPA 2.75
• Fresh graduate
• Proficient in the use of computer based office tools MS Word and MS Excel
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill
