Admin IT Inventory Management
Responsibilities:
Collecting data on the purchase of IT tools (software & hardware)
Collecting data on IMAC (Installations, Moves, Adds, and Changes) devices in the user's IT
Doing inventory input data into the system
Conduct process and control delivery of IT tools to Users
Ensuring the availability of backup units to support maintenance
Make a backup unit forecast needs to support maintenance
Warranty claim process to the vendor
Creating a daily, weekly, monthly
Requirements:
Education S1 (Accounting, Management, Electrical) GPA min 2.75
Inventory management has experience in at least 2 years
Familiar with IT devices (hardware and software)
Understand the concept of Asset Management / Inventory Management
Has the initiative, a high work motivation and willing to work under pressure
