Responsibilities:
- Collecting data on the purchase of IT tools (software & hardware)
- Collecting data on IMAC (Installations, Moves, Adds, and Changes) devices in the user's IT
- Doing inventory input data into the system
- Conduct process and control delivery of IT tools to Users
- Ensuring the availability of backup units to support maintenance
- Make a backup unit forecast needs to support maintenance
- Warranty claim process to the vendor
- Creating a daily, weekly, monthly
- Education S1 (Accounting, Management, Electrical) GPA min 2.75
- Inventory management has experience in at least 2 years
- Familiar with IT devices (hardware and software)
- Understand the concept of Asset Management / Inventory Management
- Has the initiative, a high work motivation and willing to work under pressure
- Service Oriented
