Medical Sales Supervisor (Post Code: MSSM)
Responsible for building the business and achieve sales, data collection and strike targets within the assigned territory, by establishing & maintaining good relationship with key accounts (hospitals, medical care, pharmacy and other institutions)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Medical Representative team
- Establish a business relationship with key personnel in the relevant accounts
- Identify and select high potential customers within the assigned territory
- Plan, negotiate and review business activities within the relevant account on a regular basis
- Prepare account budget & planning, and update forecasts on a monthly basis
- Conduct effective 4S (Sales Call Process) and negotiation skills
- Presents products or business proposal in professional manner to gain and meet customer’s trust and demand
- Bachelor degree in any discipline.
- Experience minimum 1-2 years as Medical Sales Supervisor or minimum 3 – 4 years as Medical Representative
- Must have excellent relation with local and international hospitals, medical care, maternity hospital, pregnancy group, medical doctors, pharmacy and other entity related for demand creation
- Background from dairy or pharmaceutical
Medical Representative ( Post Code :MRB)
