  • Responsible for the availability & maintenance of meeting equipments and tools
  • Coordinate with building management and responsible for building condition (room and it’s facilities)
  • Control & coordinate with the 3rd party of support functions, such as telecommunication, garage, cleaning service, and sanitation provider

STORE MANAGERS SUPER INDO (STM-D01)

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Store Manager oversees all aspects of the store operations, supervises the store associates, manages inventory, merchandising activities and promotes Super Indo to his or her customers and community. The main target for a Store Manager is to maximize sales and profits of the store. The Store Manager ensures that all standard operating practices and customer care activities are implemented.

ACTIVITIES
  • Managing and motivating a team of approximately 50 store associates, overseeing all the day-to-day processes that are carried out in the store
  • Implement the company initiatives to increase sales and efficiency
  • Implementing the company standards for quality, food safety and customer service
  • Conducting regular appraisals and performance reviews to improve the skills of the store associates
  • Understanding and anticipating the customer expectations for the daily food shopping needs
  • Analyzing and interpreting his or her store performance, sales volumes, promotion and special merchandising activities, the store profitability, productivity and inventories
  • On a daily basis the store manager reports to and works together with the Area Manager on realizing the store objectives and deliverables

  • Proven acquired knowledge and experience in the modern food retail business

AREA MANAGERS SUPER INDO (AM-D01)

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Area Manager oversees multiple stores in a specific region. The main target for an Area Manager is to maximize profits whilst minimizing costs. The Area Manager travels around to all stores in his or her assigned area and ensures that all standard operating practices are implemented. He or She ensures that all promotional programs, operational – and customer care standards are met.

ACTIVITIES
  • Managing and motivating a team of store managers and associates to increase sales and ensure efficiency improvements
  • Implementing the company standards for quality, food safety and customer service
  • conducting regular appraisals and performance reviews to improve the know-how and skills of the associates, identifying and developing the talents of all the associates in his or her area
  • Promoting the organization locally by liaising with local schools and the community in general
  • Follow up on market trends in the retail industry: understanding forthcoming customer expectations and monitoring what local competitors are doing
  • Analyzing and interpreting store performance, sales volumes, profitability, productivity, inventories formulate and implement improvement plans
  • On a daily basis the area manager reports to and works together with the Division Head Operations on realizing the store objectives and deliverables
