Store Manager (SM)
Qualification :
- Male/Female:26-35 years old
- 2-3 years experience in footwear/apparel boutique concept store
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in English
Assistant Store Manager (ASM) :
Qualification :
- Male/Female:23-28 years old
- 1-2 years experience in footwear/apparel boutique concept store
- Associate/ Diploma Degree
- Fluent in English
REAL ESTATE OFFICER (RE), SHOP AUDITOR (SA), BUYER TRAINEE (BT)
REAL ESTATE OFFICER (RE) : To allocate new Bata Store, build good relationship with mall management and maintain the profitability of the new store open. Experience in Real Estate/ Store Development is an advantage
SHOP AUDITOR (SA) : To Audit Bata Store all over Indonesia. Willing to travel to Bata Store all over Indonesia
BUYER TRAINEE (BT): To develop exciting profitable footwear and accessories collection based on the direction from Management.
Qualification :
- Bachelor Degree (Any Major)
- GPA Minimum 2.75 (Scale 4)
- Good English Communication Skill (Written & Spoken)
- Good Computer Skill (MS Office, Word, & Excel)
- Good Analysis and Negotiation Skill
- Able to work in team as well as Independent
- Strong Desire and Motivation
- Healthy, Honest, Discipline and responsible
