ICU Officer ( ICU )

Qualifications:

• Having a good personality, responsive, thorough, communicative, good integrity, able to cooperate with the team
• S 1 for all fields (preferably Management Finance / Accounting)
• Having keukuatan in verifying and analyzing data
• Computer skills, MS Office applications with good
• Understand & have experience min 2 Than, in the field of administration, vendor procurement process & general affairs

Responsibilities:

• Help verify the completeness of the document, the tender process by random & monitoring vendor delivery process to request a measurable PPVR
• Help monitor the contact joint general affairs, procurement & premises in force in PPRR
• In cooperation with the General affairs department in conducting a review of the effectiveness of the use of taxi vouchers carpool & periodically
