Chemical Lab Tech
Responsibilities:
- Under direct supervision, trains and becomes familiar with the chemical hygiene plan and the current HSE laboratory safety standards.
- Follows prescribed safety rules and regulations in performing assigned duties.
- Performs duties to conduct prototype or laboratory tests following prescribed procedures.
- Learns to build equipment and/or perform basic material or environmental tests using basic techniques with electrical/electronic, chemical, and mechanical equipment.
- Learns to documents test data for reporting purposes.
- Maintains files and documentation related to test equipment and test results of equipment.
- Job tasks, correctly performed, have minimal impact upon the viability of the organization.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Chemical), Chemistry or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Chemistry.

Responsibilities:
With general supervision, maintains electronic instrumentation to provide reliable well maintained equipment to ensure service quality. Responsible for unsupervised control systems support and repair of electro-mechanical equipment in remote customer sites. Assist in overall business management for department. Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations. Maintain electronic instrumentation to provide reliable well maintained equipment to ensure service quality. Perform routine and preventative maintenance of electronic and electro-mechanical equipment. Perform complex operations using test equipment and surface equipment required to test and calibrate instruments. Assists in supervising others. Provides basic job training and guidance on a regular basis; performs work of same or closely allied nature. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Electro-mechanical, control systems, instrumentation.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Under general supervision, assists in directing and controlling personnel involved in maintaining and repairing a variety of equipment including diesel engines, heavy trucks, pumping equipment and other oil field related equipment.
- Maintains, diagnoses and repairs a variety of equipment including; diesel engines, transmissions, drive train components, winches, high pressure pumps, centrifugal pumps, sand conveyor systems, air compressors, micro processor controls, electro-mechanical equipment, hydraulic systems, pneumatic systems, mobile/overhead cranes, wellhead attachments and pressure equipment, gearboxes, PTO's, generators, chemical metering systems, 12/24v electrical systems, equipment cabs and controls, chassis and suspension, rims, tires and wheels, forklifts, A/C systems, and a variety of other energy services equipment.
- Responsible for ensuring duties are performed in a safe, efficient, and effective manner.
- Recognized expert in maintenance processes, procedures and functions.
- Provides job training and guidance on a regular basis; performs work of same or closely allied nature.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): electro-mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics.
- At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

- Possesses supervisory skill in leading and directing crew members.
- Able to test and repair cables
- Possesses good communication and good writing skills.
