Relationship Manager - Global Banking

Job scope:
- Jobholder's main responsibility is to purpose revenue growth from a portfolio of MNC's Clients, in line with the HSBC framework and group's Strategic/ Operating Plans.
- The job encompasses among others pursuing business opportunities on a 'needs based' approach, delivering professional customer services, overseeing effective product pitching process, undertaking creative client entertainment programs, ensuring top quality account operation and maintenance of overall sound credit quality. In addition, jobholder will assist GB MNC Head in managing and developing the GB MNC Team.
- A degree holder with over 5 years experience in Banking/Financial Services with exposure to the Corporate Banking segment
- An exposure to Relationship Management experience is an advantage
- Posses good interpersonal and negotiation skills is a must
- Strong influencing skills to work across GBM and CMB/GTB team
- Having good credit and analytical reasoning skills
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English - capacity to present to internal and external stake holders is critical

Responsibility:
The job holder is responsible to manage cash management relationship post sales process; ensuring revenue committed being realized in a timely manner, grow and penetrate existing wallet-share through pro-active relationship management and cross-sell new products and/or services. The job holder will work closely with various internal stake holders such as Product, Sales, and Relationship Manager to drive revenue and profitability. Stringent portfolio and revenue monitoring will also be a key aspect in Account Manager's responsibility.
Requirements:
- Has a minimum of 2 - 5 years experience in the banking industry; preferably with experience in Cash Management or Global Transaction Banking
- Pro-active relationship management
- Sound understanding of the market
- Business development and sales skills
- Reporting and analytical reasoning skills
- Fluency in MS Office applications
- Minimum University degree (S1)
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa
- Team player with good interpersonal skill
