Human Resources Manager (HRM)

Requirements:

• Male / Female, age max 35 years
• Minimum education S1
• Having experience at least 5 (five) years in the same field
• Have knowledge of Training Need Analysis (TNA), evaluation of training and be able to create training programs
• Mastering the process of recruitment, selection, development and assessment of employees
• Have knowledge of the Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Compensation and Benefit analysis
• Master of Labour Law in Indonesia
• Enjoys working with numbers, detail and administrative
• Strong communication and good cooperation
