COMMERCIAL MANAGER – REVENUE MANAGEMENT
Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia is targeting a high caliber Finance Leader to fulfill the challenging position of Commercial Manager – Revenue Management located in our Corporate Head Office. This senior position sits as part of the Finance team & requires you to lead your team in partnering with Sales and Marketing management to ensure that our pricing strategies & tactics are targeted to best deliver on our corporate objectives.
Key responsibilities for this position are:
- Advising Sales Management on financial & non financial trends, identifying & acting upon opportunities for improvement
- Leading the assessment of revenue specific business opportunities, ensuring the appropriate level of rigor and discipline is applied
- Being a key driver in the business planning & strategy development process for Sales & Marketing
- Managing the budget & revenue forecasting processes for Sales and Marketing
- Conducting post investment reviews on a regular basis to ensure that the organization continues to gain insight from past decisions
- Provide a high quality, relevant and efficient standard information package, and enabling line managers ready access to financial information that support informed decision-making
- Providing training and development for the Commercial team and Sales & Marketing personnel, specifically around revenue management principles
- Developing and implementing controls to ensure integrity of outcomes
- The candidate should also have the following qualifications & experience:
- Holding a minimum of Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university in related major, Post graduate degree would be preferable
- Having 8 or more years of experience in Finance with a high focus on Sales & Marketing business support
- Excellent computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Oracle, SAP)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (both verbal and written English)
- Strong leadership skills are essential, including demonstrable abilities in coaching and mentoring of others
AR Contact Center (Contract based)
Coca-Cola Amatil Indonesia-National Office is inviting the right candidate to fill in a challenging position in Customer Services area as Account Receivable Contact Center Representative.
Under CCAI National Contact Center, AR Contact Centre Representative is responsible in follow-up account receivable in every CCAI customer. Start from documenting, reminding, until collecting AR from customer.
In this position, you will be responsible for the following accountabilities:
- Coordinating with Sales, Finance and National Contact Center for the invoices list and due date
- Documenting all list Account Receivable (AR) Collection in CCAI customer.
- Delivering notification to customer (by call) regarding its Account Receivable (AR)
- Collecting customer’s AR by phone
- Ensuring the credits are collectible and early alert for potential uncollectible accounts over the due date
- Accountable for the said imperative functions, ideally you should have the following qualifications:
- Holding minimum diploma degree (D3) from any major.
- Having 1 years experience in call centre area, or in desk collection area would be an advantage.
- Computer literate in using standard MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel) and email system
- A honest, independent and assertive person
- Good in communication skill both in English and Bahasa.
- Customer oriented person, excellent in dealing with difficult customer and good in stress tolerance
- Fast learner and can work in team
- Willing to work in shift (day and night, weekend and public holiday) depend on the schedule
