Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager
(location Jakarta).

Acquire, retain and build strong relationships with the consumer as well as delivering the best services for them. Post Code: CRM

Responsibilities:
  • Setting up CRM Strategy and concept.
  • Planning all Loyalty / CRM preparation for Indonesia and continually assess CRM agency on pilot as well as on roll out
  • Coordinate pilot with various agency and across cities, early monitoring and feedback to ensure proper execution
  • Design the necessary reward program, pilot evaluation and data analysis, evaluate and extend pilot learning for loyalty roll-out
  • Oversee migration of CRM program and integrate to corporate CRM
  • Develop training manual and manage the CRM training.
  • Managing customer complaint
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree from reputable university
  • Experience minimum 4 years in customer relationship management (CRM) for both CRM program, application and processes
  • Effective communication and presentation skills as well as team player
  • Excellent capability in doing analysis of customer information / data
  • Preferred industry background: FMCG, dairy or food product in leading brand
Medical Representative
(location Pekanbaru).

Responsible for building the business and achieve sales, data collection and strike targets within the assigned territory, by establishing & maintaining good relationship with key accounts (hospitals, medical care, pharmacy and other institutions). Post Code: MRP

Responsibilities:
  • Establish a business relationship with key personnel in the relevant accounts
  • Identify and select high potential customers within the assigned territory
  • Plan, negotiate and review business activities within the relevant account on a regular basis
  • Prepare account budget & planning, and update forecasts on a monthly basis
  • Conduct effective 4S (Sales Call Process) and negotiation skills
  • Presents products or business proposal in professional manner to gain and meet customer's trust and demand
Requirements:
  • Diploma degree in any discipline
  • Experience minimum 1-2 years as medical representative
  • Must have excellent relation with local and international hospitals, medical care, maternity hospital, pregnancy group, medical doctors, pharmacy and other entity related for demand creation
  • Background from dairy or pharmaceutical
Finance & Accounting Supervisor
(Location Jakarta)

Ensure all financial transactions are correct, comply with regulation and internal procedure. Post Code: FAS

Responsibilities:
  • Assist Finance & Accounting Manager in all day to day Finance, Accounting related issue
  • To ensure company acknowledged and fulfil tax obligations and related matter
  • To ensure completeness and accuracy of all transactions in the financial statement
  • Liase with external and internal auditor and consultant
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting with min. 3 years experience
  • Familiar in using accounting system (JD Edwards System is preferable)
  • Accurate and able to work under pressure
  • Has analytical thinking and comply with procedures execution in accounting system, experience in KAP would be an advantage
  • Industry background Dairy or FMCG
Medical Sales Supervisor
(Location Jakarta)

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Medical Representative team

Brand Manager Anlene
(Location Jakarta)

Developed Anlene Brand in Marketing aspects to continuously deliver positive growth in market share and sales value). Post Code: BMA

Responsibilities:
  • Recommend the annual budget and strategic plan objectives for volume and share of the assigned brands using the available market data, consumer research, competitive reports to optimize use of resources
  • Assist in effective Implementation of agreed marketing plans (advertising, promotional and direct marketing activities) within budget and on-time, co-ordinating resources to achieve agreed objectives
  • Assist in the development and production of advertising and promotional sales support materials, communicating with and co-ordinating the activities of suppliers and partners as directed
  • Undertake in monitoring and reporting progress against plans (appropriate cost benefit activities; regular market and competitors’ analysis by regularly prepare business reviews by tracking performance vs. goals and applying learning and consumer insight, competition, trade, product and other important information
  • Assist in the production of months rolling forecast to supply chain as required in SOP process
  • Maintain effective communication within marketing team with the sales team
  • To set activities for designated product to achieve the brand objectives
Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree / Master Degree from reputable university
  • Minimum 4 - 5 years experience in Marketing, already solely handle 1 Brand is preferable
  • Sound expertise in Budget controlling, communication
  • Strong analytical skill, result oriented, and able to work independently
  • Industry background dairy, food product or FMCG
