Lotus Notes Developer
Job Description
- Analyze and understand the workflow of information/work in the company.
- Prepare the documentation and coordinate with the users about the workflow of information/work.
- Develop and optimize the workflow by using Lotus Notes/Domino.
- Support and train the user in order for them to adopt the new process with less-paper.
- Perform necessary administration to support the users on the Lotus Notes/Domino.
- Educational Background and Working Experience:
- S1 degree in Information Technology.
- 5 Years experience in same field
- Deep understanding in developing
- Lotus Notes/Domino workflow/application.
- Deep undertanding on the Domino administration and developing server-side scripts.
- Good understanding on Relational Data Base System.
- Good understanding on Windows environment.
- Good understanding on Networking environment.
- Good understanding on Risk Management.
- Fluent in English, oral and written.

Job Description
- Build and develop competencies ranging from enterprise level, the leadership to technical competence (Competency Matrix & Competency Dictionary) Develop the competencies required of each position (Competency Model)
- Analyzing and facilitating the filing of changes or organizational design
- Ensure and monitor the validation of the prevailing organizational structure
- Analyze and develop the necessary systems associated with the development organization

- Monitor the implementation and development analysis of workload and productivity of each function.
- Minimum S1 field of Human Resource Management Study
- Minimum 5 years work experience in the same plane
- Work experience has a subordinates (subordinate) minimum 3 years
- An understanding of the concept of organizational development
- An understanding of the concept of manpower planning
- An understanding of the concept of job analysis, job evaluation and job value
- An understanding of the concept of competency
- Ability to operate computer (MS Office)
