MT in Finance Division (Head of Financing Planning Section)

Responsibilities:
General functions:
- Responsible for the activities of funds control & deposit
- Make a financial planning for cash and non cash
- Monitor & evaluate the implementation of cash flow in accordance with a predetermined plan
- Periodically make a cash flow report as an input for management to make a financial decision
- Perform other tasks related to the duties and responsibilities are directly/ indirectly as will be determined by the supervisor
- Minimum Education, Training, & Experience Requirements:
- Hold Bachelor Degree (Economic Major) from reputable university with GPA Minimum 2.80 (State Univeristy)/Min. 3.00 (Private University), Cumlaude GPA will be an Advantage

Responsibilities:
General functions:
- Responsible to coordinating, directing, and supervising the implementation of tasks related to research, testing the raw materials, auxiliary materials, and other materials that will be used in tin plate production process
- Manage and supervise the implementation of research, testing, and analysis in the laboratory for all kinds of production materials and finished good in order to maintain the production quality
- Identify the causes of product complaints/ claims
- Provide information about the research and testing results that has been done to work units that require
- Maintain all laboratory instruments properly to be ready to used and maintain the cleanliness of the laboratoty
- Make a solution for analysis
- Overseeing the waste water testing and waste water from water treatment plant
- Periodically make a report about the activities that will and or has been done to be submitted to the supervisor
- Research new chemicals to be used in production process
- Perform other tasks related to the duties and responsibilities are directly/ indirectly as will be determined by the supervisor
- Minimum Education, Training, & Experience Requirements:
- Diploma (D3) (Chemical Analyst) from reputable university with GPA Minimum 2.80 (State Univeristy)/ Min. 3.00 (Private University), Cumlaude GPA will be an Advantage

General functions:
- Responsible for overseeing the implementation & preparation of production cost reports, sales cost reports, and other reports regarding the company costs
- Review, analyze, and process the summary reports of production results that made based on daily production reports and quality inspection report
- Review, analyze, and process the summary reports from the sales/ product delivery that made based on Shipping Tally
- Review and analyze the accuracy of the encoding cost center for conversion cost and other companies operational costs in memorial bank cash proof and other legitimate evidence, and also collecting other costs data that will be used as the preparation of cost reports
- Preparing the costs report, including production cost reports, sales cost reports, and other operational cost reports, periodically or any time that asked to be submitted to supervisor

- Responsible for collecting and analyzing the production process data
- Manage and supervise the implementation of data collection and analyzing data using the statistical techniques in the field of production process
- Manage and supervise the administration of data processing documents and keep the confidentiality of all of its contents
- Preparing data for management reports/ system review meeting based on information from the relevant Division
- Collecting data from the Customer Technical Service as an input to evaluate customer satisfaction in order to be follow up
- Collect and analyze the production quality and raw material (TMBP) data

General functions:
- Responsible for planning, controlling, & supplying raw materials (TMBP) to be used in the production process
- Manage and supervise the implementation of activities related to raw material (TMBP) requirements planning
- Oversee and ensure that the procurement and delivery of raw materials (TMBP) can be implemented on time and in accordance with the amount and quality required
- Planning the usage and requirement of raw material (TMBP) in accordance with equipment/ machinery condition
- Analyze the Purchase Order (PO) from sales division for the purpose of ordering raw materials (TMBP)
- Making raw material (TMBP) purchases (PR) to Logistic Division
- Periodically make a report about the activities that will and or has been done to be submitted to the supervisor
- Perform other tasks related to the duties and responsibilities are directly/ indirectly as will be determined by the supervisor
- Minimum Education, Training, & Experience Requirements:
- Diploma (D3) (Industrial Engineering Majoring) from reputable university with GPA Minimum 2.80 (State University)/ Min. 3.00 (Private University) , Cumlaude GPA will be an Advantage
- Hold SAP (PP/MM/SD Module) Training Certified will be an advantage
