- The Journey of Leadership
- Formal Learning (Classroom)
- Experiential Learning (On The Job Training).
- Inspirational Interactions (Senior Management Sharing Session).
- Self Learning (e-Learning)
- Attachment Program in HSBC Regional Office- Hongkong for best graduates
- S1 and/or S2 graduate from leading universities in Indonesia or overseas graduate with GPA minimum 3.00 (out of 4.00)
- Maximum 26 years of age.
- Any major of study; preferably Business, Economics, Engineering and Science
- Highly involved in campus leadership and organizational activities.
- Mastery of English,TOEFL score of at Least 500
