Commercial Apprenticeship Program (CAPAP)
The ASEAN Commercial Apprenticeship Program (CAPAP) will start in June 2011 and is designed for highly talented young graduates. This unique and challening 9 month program is conducted jointly by the Siemens companies in the ASEAN region and consists of both theoritical and practical blocks. During the theory phases, all international participants learn together before applying knowledge during on the job training in the practical phases. Moreover, each trainee will receive support and career development coaching from a high profile internal mentor
Responsibilities:
Upon completion of the program you will be excellently qualified to start your career at Siemens by taking over a challenging task in a commercial position which may include:
- Commercial Sales
- Commercial Project Management
- Budgeting & Controlling
- Accounting, etc
- Bachelor or Master degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related fields from reputable universities with a minimum GPA of 3.00
- Fresh graduate without or with experience less than 2 years
- Has international and multicultural exposure (have previously lived, studied, or worked abroad)
- Good command in English, both written and spoken
- Good computer literate
- Have impressive personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
