ODP - SMEC

ODP is a program that offers accelerated career for you, son of the daughter of Greater Jakarta and East Java which has the potential and ambition. By following intensive training and development program for 12 months, you will then be assigned as Assistant Manager in SME & Commercial business unit, which is on BII branch network in the Greater Jakarta area and East Java, Bali and Nusa Tenggara to later be developed into future leaders in BII future.

Given the importance of this for business growth BII, only the best candidates are expected to fill this position.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min. S1 graduates from all majors
• IPK Min. 2,75
• Maximum age of 26 years for S1 graduates and 29 years for Master graduates
• Target-oriented
• Good interpersonal skills, communication, and negotiation
• Domiciled in Jakarta, East Java, Bali and Nusa Tenggara
