Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed sector and company research as directed.
- Develop company valuations and create/analyze financial models.
- Interact with clients and various levels of management; act as an integral part of the engagement team.
- Prepare new business presentations.
- Draft memoranda related to marketing and execution.
- Conduct fundamental industry research and quantitative analyses, and attend client presentations as required.
- Act as a resource for the wider Strategic Transaction Group team as directed by Head of STG/Global Sector Teams.
- Undertake all required activities as directed by line manager or as agreed in annual objectives in support of the furtherment of the Global Banking business.
- A generalist Investment Banking/Corporate Finance background.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
- Knowledge of financial modelling, valuation, and execution.
- A strong understanding of the financial markets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Exceptional academic credentials.
