Forex Specialist - Semarang

Responsibility:
To provide support to sales channels and generate the revenues from FX business to ensure achievement of sales/revenue targets.
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum bachelor degree from reputable university
- Has minimum 2 years relevant experience in Foreign Exchange / Banking institution preferably in delivering product training
- Possess comprehensive in foreign exchange product knowledge
- Possess good knowledge on economic indicators and awareness on financial markets (currency, equity and bond)

Requirements:

- Experience in selling mortgage for at least 3 years (previous experience in the secondary market is more preferred)

- Experience dealing with property agency and understands the Property Market
- Fast knowledge of Banking product
- Excellent communication skill for both English and Indonesian (oral and written) and above average presentation skills

Responsibility:
- Perform manual data adjustments to HMI in order to produce various management reports (ie. Customer Group reporting, ALCO reporting, EXCO reporting)
- Assist in monthly exception clearance in HMI, understands and define every new transaction items and obtain clarity of the exception item.
- Run and produce the monthly report, raising value and upload into sharing Alco server.
- Support the Finance fast close initiative in order to put all adjustment entries into HMI
- Support and help resolve queries from local CG, Functions and ASP.
- Implement any new reporting requirement as required.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in finance area with banking industry or financial auditor background is preferable.

Responsibility:
- Accurate and timely delivery for various management reports (i.e. Customer Group Reporting (CGR), GB&M reporting, etc). Produces reports to ASP and local requirements.
- Ensure that all reports and CGR are in adherence with the IFRS accounting standards, HSBC FIM, Reporting Golden Rules and MI Policy.
- Support and resolve queries from Customer Group and ASP.
- Implement any new reporting requirement as required by ASP, including support for fast-close initiatives.
- Consolidate GB&M/GTB CMB balance sheet and PL plan during planning (ROP) process as required by ASP.
- More than 5 years of experience working in finance area with banking industry or financial auditor background is preferable.
- Strong understanding of accounting concept and process, banking products and analytical skills.
- Able to interpret and analyze sets of financial data, strong with numbers and able to crunching them to details.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skill. Project management experience would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with HSBC general banking business units and its support functions operations is highly preferable.
