Balanced Scorecard & Performance Management Specialist
Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible to manage overall performance management process, include cascading KPI top down as well as aligning KPI across business units.
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree from any dicipline
- Proven track record in defining KPI for own company or clients using balance scorecard
- Deep understanding of balance scorecard concept
- Having experience in managing performance management system is preferable
- Having knowledge about recruitment process
- Having initiative and easy adapt to change
- Good Analytical and presentation skills
