General requirements:
- S1 Degree from any majors (fresh graduates are welocome) with minimum GPA 2.75.
- Active in the organization, both inside and outside the campus.
- Able to speak English both orally and in writing.
- Male/Female, age maximum 27 years.
- Not married, and willing not to marry during the MDP education.
- Willing to be placed on the BSM network throughout Indonesia
