Project Manager to Marketing & Innovation Director

Scope of works:
  • The main function of the Assistant to Marketing & Innovation Director is to provide assistance support to Logistics & Export Director in Managing and Developing Marketing & Innovation Directorate business in Holcim Indonesia through out involving in many projects, providing valuable data analysis and working together with other Directors and Managers for a specific area of concerns.
  • The focus is on monitoring improvement of concerns are in place to avoid delay and for sustainable reason. Implementing Marketing & Innovation Director new ideas and ensure the ideas will be exist shortly and follow by good implementation.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor degree (S1) from all disciplines, Post Graduate in Business Management/Finance would be an advantage
  • Minimum 5 years in middle managerial level
  • Computer literacy; Office & Lotus Notes
  • Excellence communication skills in Bahasa and English (oral and written )

Project Manager To RMX & Aggregates Director

NR Land Distribution Bulk Cement and Material Superintendent

Responsibilities:
To manage bulk cement and material land distribution from process of weighing, validating, loading, compliance, and dispatching, until delivering to customer by an excellent maintenance of the process system and equipment, and utilizing 3rd party transporters or operating HIL owned assets of bulk truck, bulk tank, and equipments under a ROM scheme, and to coordinate a nation-wide bulk delivery standard of practices and strategic planning of transporters in ensuring truck availability, on-time delivery, customer service excellent, and Holcim standard and brand compliance; which also included customization delivery service and method as added value to meet customer requirement while optimize total operational cost

Requirements:
Education:
  • S2 degree with min 3 years work experience /
  • S1 degree with min 5 years work experience /
  • D3 degree with min 12 years work experience.
Experience :
  • Good understanding on truck operation, min 3 years work experience
  • Good understanding on dispatching process from shipping point (packhouse) until delivery to the customer, min 3 years work experience
  • Good understanding on relevant Holcim standard for logistic operation, such as Holcim brand (and its image), ISO, traffic regulation, dispatch process; min 3 year work experience.
  • Computer literacy: Computer Literacy (Office, Lotus Notes, Etc)
Language:
  • Good command in English both oral & written
